1. What California Fuel Club is

California Fuel Club ("the Club," "we," "us") is a membership buying club. For a recurring membership fee, members receive a fuel card that provides access to commercial cardlock fueling locations (including the CFN and Pacific Pride networks) at those networks' commercial pricing. We do not mark up the price of fuel. Our only revenue is the membership fee. Fuel is supplied and billed through our fuel partner and the applicable cardlock network — not by the Club.

2. Membership & billing

3. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime — see our Cancellation Policy for the one-click online method. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as required by law; cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Fuel, pricing & savings

5. Card use & security

Keep your card and PIN secure. You are responsible for purchases made with your card or PIN. Report a lost or stolen card immediately. Business and Fleet members are responsible for cards issued to their drivers.

6. Eligibility

Membership and cardlock access are subject to the cardlock network's terms and applicable eligibility rules. We may decline or revoke membership where required by those terms or by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Club provides access to third-party fueling networks and is not responsible for the operation, availability, fuel quality, or pricing at any station. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club's liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting price or renewal will be communicated as required by law. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
