How to cancel
- Online (fastest): sign in at your member account → Membership → Cancel membership. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Email: send a cancellation request from your account email via our contact page and we'll process it.
What happens when you cancel
- Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing.
- Your fuel card is deactivated when the membership ends.
- Founding-member rates do not carry over if you cancel and rejoin later.
Refunds
Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except as required by California law. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Free-trial / first-month-free offers
If you joined on a free first month, cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge — you keep access through the free period.
We built the Club so the card pays for itself every month. If it isn't saving you money, you shouldn't be paying for it — cancelling is meant to be easy.
